At SHH, we take the safety and comfort of our guests seriously. Our dedicated housekeeping team ensures that each property is thoroughly cleaned and maintained to our high standards. Bed linens, towels, and toiletries are provided for your convenience, and we offer free sheet and towel changes upon request for guests staying more than a week. Additionally, we offer an optional extra cleaning service for just 150 AED per day, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
Check-in/Check-out
Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. We understand that sometimes guests may need early check-in or late check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate these requests, based on availability. Our guest relations team is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns.

The desert safari is a must-see attraction in Dubai, and our team is here to help you experience it to the fullest. Hop into a 4×4 vehicle and enjoy a thrilling ride through the sand dunes. Take in the breathtaking views of the Arabian desert and experience the local culture with sandboarding, henna, shisha, and camel riding.
Airport Transfer
We understand that transportation can be a hassle when traveling, which is why we offer private airport transfers at an affordable cost. Enjoy comfortable seats and air conditioning as you make your way to your accommodation. To book a private transfer, please let us know in advance. Please note that airport transfers are subject to availability.
UAE Visit Visa
If you’re planning a trip to the UAE, we can help you obtain a tourist visa in less than a week. If you have friends or relatives who are residents of the UAE, they can apply for a visa on your behalf. We require the following general requirements to process your visa: passport copy of guarantor, UAE residence copy of guarantor, Emirates ID, contact details of guarantor, passport copy of visitor, and a passport-sized photo of the visitor.
